Carefree vacation
Now is the perfect time to go hiking, spend a weekend camping in nature, or relax by the sea. To ensure that the most beautiful summer moments are not spoiled by anxiety about impending menstruation, we share tips on how to vacation without worries.

Plan ahead
By planning your trip time, activities, and accommodation in advance, you will know how many and which hygiene products you will need while traveling. You can easily manage by using only reusable hygiene products – no disposables!
A menstrual cup is indispensable for swimming, while menstrual panties or reusable pads are perfect for active leisure in nature. If your period is heavy, on the first days of your cycle, it's worth choosing less active physical activities such as walks or relaxing by the lake or sea with a book in hand.
When embarking on a long journey, it's important to remember that due to time difference and changed routine, the cycle may change. A few days before the start of the trip, you can start accustoming your body to the new rhythm by waking up an hour earlier or going to bed an hour later, depending on the time zone in the other country. During the trip, it's useful to stick to your usual routine – if you exercise or run, don't forget to do so while traveling, eat at your usual time, and get enough sleep.
Prepare
When packing for your vacation, it's important not to forget to take care of hygiene products – intimate hygiene wipes, hand sanitizer, or a water bottle for rinsing the cup can help you feel comfortable even where there is no toilet or shower. To ensure comfort, also take care of natural pain relief remedies and loose, unrestricted clothing.
Choose the hygiene products that are most comfortable for you. If you plan to use a menstrual cup during your vacation, you should try it out in advance. Although it is a very convenient, ecological, and active leisure-friendly product, it may take some time to get used to it, and the forest is not the most suitable place for such training :)

Enjoy
With advance preparation, menstruation should not hinder you from enjoying the sunny summer days. After all, vacation means rest, spending time with friends or family, time for yourself, and pleasant moments. Enjoy this time, and in return for nature, leave no litter behind.
Warm holidays!
