How to know which absorbency is best for you?

When choosing, consider the heaviness of your flow on different days of your cycle. For lighter days, 10 ml may be enough; for medium or heavier days, 20 ml; and for very heavy days and nighttime, it is worth considering the 25 ml model.

AllMatters suggests up to 12 hours of wear time, but the actual duration depends on the intensity of your flow. If the underwear feels damp or you notice blood near the seams, it is time to change them.
