How much do periods cost?

After conducting a study, we found out how much a woman spends annually on one type of feminine hygiene product for menstruation and how much it approximately costs. The results show that the cheapest, and at the same time the most environmentally friendly, choice is a menstrual cup.
You will spend a bit more on reusable pads and period underwear - 25 - 86 euros.
This amount, of course, also depends on the heaviness of your period. For those who use fewer disposable hygiene products, fewer reusable ones will be sufficient.
Please note that reusable hygiene products last for several years - with proper care, you will use the cup, pads, and underwear for 2 - 5 years! Here's how it looks when recalculated, showing the cost of hygiene products over 3 years:

So, is it worth switching from disposable to reusable hygiene products? Unquestionably YES! Not only because you can save a significant amount of money over several years, but also because by using reusable products, you will reduce your use of disposables and thus contribute to pollution reduction. Nature will thank you for it!
