Modibodi products are divided into different absorbency levels: moisture-wicking, light, moderate, and super.

Moisture-Wicking (MW)

Wear on non-period days for Modibodi-level comfort, staying fresh and dry.

Light (LM)

Light absorbency holds up to 20ml – the equivalent of 4 tampons.

Sleek, secure, leak-proof period underwear. Designed to absorb light discharge, spotting, and breakthrough bleeding. 

With a thin 2mm lining and absorbency up to 4 tampons, they are perfect for those 'just in case' days, or to be worn with a tampon (if you like).

Moderate (MH)

Moderate absorbency holds up to 30ml – the equivalent of 6 tampons.

Highly absorbent, thin period underwear for heavier flow days, long days, and bloody nights.

Our Moderate absorbency style is surprisingly sleek for such a heavy flow. With a thin 2mm lining and absorbency up to 6 tampons, it's perfect for light flow days, or your lighter days.

Super

Super absorbency holds up to 50ml – the equivalent of 10 tampons.

Super absorbent! Scientifically proven to hold up to 10 tampons leak-free. Soft, secure, and leak-proof for long wear.

Our super absorbency fabric is our ultra-heavy duty style. The discrete 3mm absorbent lining goes from the front to the back waistband, covering it all!

Wear it overnight to feel like white sheets.
