Personal Data Protection. Direct Marketing.

1. When ordering goods or services on the online store "modibodi.lt", the Buyer must provide the data requested during the purchase: name, surname, address, email address, and phone number.

2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data during the purchase.

3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their provided personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. An order is considered placed if the Buyer has read the Goods Purchase Rules by checking the appropriate box when placing the order. The Buyer also agrees that the Buyer's specified phone number or email address may be used to contact them/send informational messages necessary to fulfill the goods order.

4. After placing an order, the "modibodi.lt" store becomes your data controller.

5. The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer explicitly gives consent. The Buyer always has the right to refuse the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes, even if such consent was previously given.

6. The Seller stores data for 5 years from the date of the purchase transaction, and upon expiration of this period, destroys and/or reliably anonymizes it.

7. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for parcel delivery companies and providers of services purchased by the Buyer, as well as other data recipients, when the Seller is obliged by law, court decisions, and other legal acts to provide personal data.

 8. The Buyer, as a data subject whose data is processed in the "Modibodi.lt" online store, has the following rights:

- Right to be informed about the processing of their data;

- Right to access their data and how it is processed;

- Right to request correction or, taking into account the purposes of personal data processing, completion of incomplete personal data;

- Right to have their data destroyed or to stop the processing of their data (excluding storage);

- Right for the Seller, as the personal data controller, to restrict personal data processing when one of the legitimate reasons exists;

- Right to data portability.

The Seller, as the Data Controller, may not provide the Buyer with conditions for exercising the above-mentioned rights in cases where, as provided by law, the Seller must retain proof of executed transactions, must ensure the prevention, investigation, and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the Buyer or other persons.

9. The Seller takes all measures to protect your personal data. Personal data is stored using the online platform shopiteka.lt. We remind you that although the Seller and the online platform provider Shopify take all steps to protect the Buyer's personal data, no online store, website, online transaction, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure.

10. Individuals under the age of 16 cannot submit any personal data through our online store "modibodi.lt". If you are under 16 years of age, you must obtain the consent of your parents or other legal guardians before submitting personal information.

11. The "modibodi.lt" online store may contain third-party advertising links, whose data the Seller does not control and is not responsible for the security and privacy of information collected by third parties. The Buyer must familiarize themselves with the privacy policies and data protection applied to third-party websites and services.

12. Provisions related to Personal Data Protection are reviewed at least every 2 years, and an updated version of the Goods Purchase Rules will be published on the "modibodi.lt" online store.

13. If the Buyer has comments/suggestions regarding the storage of their personal data, please contact us using the details provided above. The Seller will endeavor to provide a response as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 calendar days.

14. Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
