Maintenance
Maintenance
After each use, wash the disc with warm water and a mild, unscented soap.
Between cycles, sterilize the disc in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Store the disc in a dry, clean place – in its packaging or a special pouch.
Do not use aggressive cleaners, oily, or antibacterial soaps – these can damage the silicone.
Check regularly – if the disc is cracked, deformed, or has lost its elasticity, replace it with a new one.
Over time, the disc may change color, but this does not affect its functionality.

F.A.Q.
F.A.Q.
1. What is the difference between a menstrual disc and a menstrual cup?
The disc is inserted higher in the vagina (behind the cervix), while the cup is inserted lower. The disc can be used during intercourse, but the cup cannot.
2. Is a menstrual disc suitable for first-time users?
Yes! The AllMatters disc is soft, flexible, and suitable for both beginners and experienced users.
3. Will the disc hurt or cause pressure?
A correctly inserted disc should not be felt. If you feel pressure or discomfort, try re-inserting it or folding it differently.
4. How do I know if the disc is inserted correctly?
If you don't feel any discomfort and there is no leakage, the disc is inserted correctly. You can check if it's hooked behind the cervix.
5. How do I clean the disc between uses?
Wash with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap. Between cycles, you can sterilize it in boiling water for 3–5 minutes.
6. Can I use the disc with an IUD?
Yes, but it's recommended to consult your doctor to ensure that the string is not too long and does not interfere with the disc.
7. Is the disc suitable for heavy periods?
Yes – the AllMatters disc holds more than most cups or tampons, making it perfect for heavier flow.
8. Can I use the disc while exercising or traveling?
Yes, it stays in place well and is suitable for an active lifestyle – running, swimming, hiking, and more.
