Size chart
A size is for women who have not given birth vaginally.
B size is for women who have given birth vaginally.
Mini size is for teenagers or women who prefer a smaller cup.
Some AllMatters cup users like to have cups of different sizes because their flow is heavier at the beginning of their menstrual cycle, so they prefer size B, and then switch to size A or Mini at the end of the cycle when the flow is lighter.

Instructions for use
Instructions for use
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before touching the cup.
2. Fold the menstrual cup into a C or U shape to insert it into your vagina. This will be easy, as an inserted menstrual cup is no larger than a tampon.
3. Find a comfortable position to insert the menstrual cup, e.g., by raising one leg or sitting on the toilet.
4. While still folded, insert the menstrual cup into your vagina until it is deep enough.
🔄 Check if the menstrual cup has opened by gently rotating it and lightly pulling the stem to ensure a vacuum has formed.
😌 To remove the menstrual cup, lightly strain your abdominal muscles and break the vacuum by pressing one finger against one of the cup's walls. Then, carefully pull out the menstrual cup.
⏳ Use the menstrual cup for up to 12 hours and enjoy your daily activities worry-free.
👜 Store the menstrual cup in its storage pouch.
For optimal hygiene and cleaning of your Femi.Eko® menstrual cup with Saniconcentrate™, rinse it with cold water to remove any residue. Then, instead of soap, use FemiEko® disinfectant spray, as the antibacterial protection is activated by rinsing. Due to Saniconcentrate™ technology, sterilization is not necessary.
The Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is very easy to use and works from the very first time, no prior experience is needed.

Care
After each use, wash the cup with warm water and a mild, unscented soap.
Between cycles, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Store the cup in a dry, clean place – in its packaging or a special pouch.
Do not use aggressive cleaners, oil-based or antibacterial soaps – these can damage the silicone.
Check regularly – if the cup is cracked, deformed, or has lost its elasticity, replace it with a new one.
Over time, the cup may change color, but this does not affect its functionality.

F.A.Q.
F.A.Q.
1. What is the difference between a menstrual disc and a menstrual cup?
A disc is placed higher in the vagina (behind the cervix), while a cup is placed lower. A disc can be used during sexual intercourse, while a cup cannot.
2. Can I have sex while using a cup?
You should not use a cup during sexual intercourse, nor should a cup be used as a contraceptive method.
3. Can a cup be used when bleeding is very heavy?
Women who have menorrhagia or very heavy periods are advised to use a cup, as it holds 3 times more than an XL size tampon.
While you are still getting to know your cup and the amount of blood during menstruation, we recommend removing the cup more often to find out how often your cup fills up. If your period is heavy, you should empty the cup more than 2 times a day.
4. I had trouble inserting the cup, how do I do it correctly?
Properly inserting a menstrual cup takes time, patience, and practice. We recommend trying a few methods to find the one that works best for you. Using water or a water-based lubricant can make it easier. It's best to insert the cup by opening the vagina and then gently pushing it into the most suitable position. Once you've done that, try to grasp the stem and gently pull. If you feel slight resistance - the cup is successfully inserted!
Walk around with the cup - if it's uncomfortable or you simply feel it, try pushing the cup deeper until you no longer feel it. If the stem causes discomfort, you can shorten it or cut it off completely.
We only suggest cutting off the stem completely if you feel 100% comfortable removing the cup.
For women with strong pelvic floor muscles or a high cervix, after inserting a menstrual cup, it will find another comfortable position for you. For some, the ideal cup position will be high in the vaginal canal. In such cases, removing the stem would not be very practical.
5. I'm having trouble removing the cup, what should I do?
The cup cannot get stuck or simply disappear, but it can shift a little higher. If you have difficulty finding the cup's stem, we suggest trying these steps:
Relax your body, squat down, and try to pull out the cup.
Sit on the toilet and try to find the cup's stem or the edge of the cup.
Try to push the cup with your abdominal muscles, as you do when having a bowel movement.
If you still cannot remove the cup, try to slide your finger along the rim of the cup, then hook your finger under the edge of the cup.
Once that is done, lower your finger and, with the help of your other fingers, gently pull out the cup.
