Antibacterial menstrual cup

The Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is very easy to use and works from the first time, no prior experience is needed. Use the menstrual cup for up to 12 hours and enjoy your daily activities without worries.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before touching the cup.

2. Fold the menstrual cup into a C or U shape to insert it into your vagina.

3. Find a comfortable position for inserting the menstrual cup, such as raising one leg or sitting on the toilet.

4. Insert the menstrual cup into your vagina while it is still folded, until it is deep enough inside.

5. Check that the menstrual cup is open by gently rotating it and slightly pulling on the stem to ensure a seal has formed.

6. To remove the menstrual cup, gently contract your abdominal muscles and break the seal by pressing a finger against one of the cup's walls. Then carefully pull out the menstrual cup.

Store the menstrual cup in its pouch.

For optimal hygiene and cleaning of your Femi.Eko® menstrual cup with Saniconcentrate™, rinse it with cold water to remove any residue.

We recommend using FemiEko® disinfectant spray instead of soap, as the antibacterial protection is activated by rinsing.

Sterilization is not necessary due to Saniconcentrate™ technology.

Over time, the cup may change color, but this does not affect its functionality.

1. How often should I empty my Femi.Eko® menstrual cup?
The Femi.Eko® menstrual cup can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your menstrual flow. For optimal hygiene, you should empty and clean the cup at least twice a day.

2. How do I know if my Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is inserted correctly?
When the Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is inserted correctly, you shouldn't feel it. The cup should sit low in your vagina, and you can check if it's in place by gently rotating it or by gently pulling on the stem to ensure a vacuum seal is created. If your menstrual cup is leaking, it might be due to incorrect insertion or not forming a vacuum seal. Try removing and re-inserting the cup, making sure it fully unfolds and creates a seal. You can also check if the cup is full and empty it if necessary.

3. How to clean a Femi.Eko® menstrual cup with Saniconcentrate™?
For optimal hygiene, rinse the menstrual cup with cold water to remove any residue. Then, use FemiEko® disinfecting spray instead of soap, as the antibacterial protection is activated by washing.
