Menstrual cup for teenagers

Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is very easy to use and works from the first time, no experience is needed. Use the menstrual cup for up to 12 hours and enjoy your daily activities without worries.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before touching the cup.

2. Fold the menstrual cup into a C or U shape to insert it into your vagina.

3. Find a comfortable position to insert the menstrual cup, such as bending one leg or sitting on the toilet.

4. Insert the menstrual cup into your vagina while it is still folded, until it is deep enough inside the vagina.

5. Check if the menstrual cup has opened by gently rotating it and slightly pulling on the stem to ensure a vacuum seal has formed.

6. To remove the menstrual cup, gently tense your abdominal muscles and break the vacuum by pressing one of your fingers against one of the cup's walls. Then carefully pull out the menstrual cup.

Store the menstrual cup in its storage bag.

For optimal hygiene and cleaning, the Femi.Eko® menstrual cup should be rinsed with cold water, washed with warm water and neutral soap or FemiEko® disinfectant, and sterilized at the end of the menstrual cycle by boiling for 5 minutes or using a sterilizer.

Over time, the cup may change colour, but this does not affect its functionality.

1. How often should I empty my Femi.Eko® menstrual cup?
The Femi.Eko® menstrual cup can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your menstrual flow. For optimal hygiene, you should empty and clean your cup at least twice a day.

2. How do I know if the Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is inserted correctly?
When the Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is inserted correctly, you shouldn't feel it. The cup should sit low in your vagina, and you can check if it's in place by gently rotating it or by gently pulling the stem to ensure a seal has formed. If your menstrual cup is leaking, it might be due to incorrect insertion or not having formed a seal. Try removing and reinserting the cup, making sure it fully unfolds and creates a vacuum. You can also check if the cup is full and empty it if necessary.

3. How to clean the Femi.Eko® menstrual cup with Saniconcentrate™?
