2. Fold the menstrual disc into a figure eight.

3. Place the removal loop at the exterior of the vagina.

4. Find a comfortable position and begin inserting the menstrual disc into your vagina, holding it firmly between your thumb and forefinger. Once inserted deep into the vagina, position it above the pubic bone and lift the ring towards your belly button.

5. You can forget about your period for up to 12 hours and enjoy your daily activities without worry.

6. When you want to remove the disc - relax and carefully remove the menstrual disc using the special removal loop.

For optimal hygiene and cleaning of the Femi.Eko® menstrual disc with Saniconcentrate™, rinse it with cold water to remove any residue.

Then, use the FemiEko® disinfectant spray instead of soap, as the antibacterial protection is activated upon rinsing.

Due to Saniconcentrate™ technology, sterilization is not required.

Over time, the disc may change color, but this does not affect its functionality.
