3. Place the removal ring at the outside of the vagina.

4. Find a comfortable position and begin inserting the menstrual disc into your vagina, holding it firmly between your thumb and forefinger. Once it is deep in your vagina, position it above your pubic bone and push the ring up towards your belly button.

5. You can forget about your period for up to 12 hours and enjoy your daily activities worry-free.

6. When you want to remove the disc — relax and carefully remove the menstrual disc using the special removal ring.
