Underwear layer structure:
1. Main fabric: 77% polyamide, 23% elastane.
2. Inner layer: 100% polyurethane.
3. Absorbent layer: 90% cotton, 10% polyester.

3. What are PFAS? Are they used in AllMatters panties?
PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are chemicals sometimes used to make fabrics water or stain-resistant. AllMatters takes your health and the environment seriously, which is why they do not use PFAS in their menstrual underwear. Instead, AllMatters focuses on safe, non-toxic materials and conducts rigorous testing to ensure quality and safety.

4. How long can AllMatters panties be worn?
It is generally recommended to wear the underwear for 8–12 hours to ensure maximum protection and comfort. Menstrual underwear can be worn for as long as your flow allows, but no longer than 12 consecutive hours.

The underwear can be worn both day and night to absorb menstrual flow, urinary incontinence, or discharge. Simply wear, wash, and reuse.

Also, menstrual panties can be used as one part of your protection, alongside a menstrual cup, disc, or tampon.

5. How do I know if the underwear needs to be changed or replaced?
For the underwear to provide the best protection, you should regularly check if they start to feel damp or if there is blood visible in the seams. If you notice any of these signs, it's an indication that it's time to change them.
