Use Femi.Eko® menstrual panties during menstruation, light incontinence or vaginal discharge.

1. Wash the menstrual panties before first use.

2. Use the menstrual panties like regular underwear.

3. Change the panties as needed, depending on the flow of menstruation.

4. Menstrual panties can be worn for up to 12 hours to absorb menstrual flow or discharge.

5. After use, rinse the menstrual panties in cold water.
Wash them by hand or in a washing machine at 40°C.

6. Allow the panties to air dry completely before reusing.

7. At the end of your period, wash the panties at 60°C to remove any residue.

To avoid odor or bacteria, you can add a little apple cider vinegar before disinfecting.

The main material of the panties is 86% nylon and 14% elastane.

Layer 1: Gentle on the skin, made of 100% cotton.

Antibacterial effectiveness: Femi.Eko® menstrual panties have been tested for antibacterial effectiveness and have been shown to effectively fight against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida Albicans even after 50 washes.
