1. Before use, wash your hands with soap and water to prevent the transfer of bacteria. Also, make sure the menstrual product you are about to insert (cup, disc, or tampon) is clean.
2. Fold the menstrual product and insert it into the applicator opening like a syringe. Important: The product should be inserted into the applicator from top to bottom and does not need to be pushed all the way to the end of the tube.
3. Carefully insert the applicator into the vagina, tilted towards the anus, until about three-quarters of the tube is inside. The applicator should not be fully inserted, but only enough for the menstrual product to be properly dispensed. Once the applicator is in place, push the plunger to dispense the product. To facilitate insertion, you can use a water-based lubricant.
4. After releasing the menstrual product, ensure it is correctly positioned to provide optimal protection and prevent leaks. Adjust the product slightly if necessary.
