The Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is very easy to use and works from the first try; no prior experience is needed. Use the menstrual cup for up to 12 hours and enjoy your daily activities worry-free.
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before touching the cup.
2. Fold the menstrual cup into a C or U shape for insertion into the vagina.
3. Find a comfortable position for insertion, such as lifting one leg or sitting on the toilet.
4. Insert the menstrual cup into the vagina while it is still folded, until it is deep enough inside the vagina.
5. Check if the menstrual cup has opened by gently rotating it and pulling slightly on the stem to ensure a vacuum seal has formed.
6. To remove the menstrual cup, gently strain your abdominal muscles and break the vacuum seal by pressing a finger against one of the cup's walls. Then, carefully pull out the menstrual cup.

2. How do I know if my Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is inserted correctly?
When the Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is inserted correctly, you shouldn't feel it. The cup should sit low in your vagina, and you can check if it's in place by gently rotating it or gently pulling on the stem to ensure a seal has formed. If your menstrual cup is leaking, it could be due to incorrect insertion or a lack of seal. Try removing and re-inserting the cup, making sure it fully unfolds and creates a seal. You can also check if the cup is full and empty it if necessary.
3. How to clean the Femi.Eko® menstrual cup with Saniconcentrate™?
For optimal hygiene, rinse the menstrual cup with cold water to remove any residue. Then, use FemiEko® disinfectant spray instead of soap, as the antibacterial protection is activated by washing.
