Use AllMatters period panties during menstruation, light incontinence, or vaginal discharge.

1. Before first use, it is recommended to wash the underwear to enhance the functionality of the absorbent layer (like a towel).
2. Use period underwear instead of pads, tampons, cups, or discs, or as a backup for extra protection.
3. After use, rinse the underwear with cold water until it runs clear.
4. You can use these period panties both day and night.

Period underwear layer structure:
1. Main fabric: 94% TENCEL™ Lyocell, 6% Elastane.
2. Inner layer: 77% Polyester, 23% Merino Wool.
3. Absorbent layer: 85% TENCEL™ Lyocell, 15% Polyester.
4. Waterproof layer: 100% Polyester.

These panties are OEKO-TEX certified. The materials used in AllMatters panties are OEKO-TEX certified and free of harmful chemicals, pesticides, and biocides, making them gentle on the skin.

AllMatters period underwear washing instructions:
1. Machine wash in cold water (30°) or hand wash with a mild detergent.
2. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
3. Hang to dry, avoid drying with a radiator or dryer.

When AllMatters period underwear wears out, it can be recycled.

1. How are AllMatters menstrual panties made?

2. Are AllMatters menstrual panties hygienic?
AllMatters menstrual underwear is made from high-quality antibacterial materials that ensure hygiene and freshness. Additionally, they are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they meet high safety standards for fabric use and are free from harmful substances.

3. What are PFAS? Are they used in AllMatters panties?
PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are chemicals sometimes used to make fabrics water or stain repellent. AllMatters takes your health and the environment seriously, which is why it does not use PFAS in its menstrual underwear. Instead, AllMatters focuses on safe, non-toxic materials and conducts rigorous testing to ensure quality and safety.

4. How long can AllMatters panties be worn?
It is generally recommended to wear the underwear for 8–12 hours to ensure maximum protection and comfort. Menstrual underwear can be worn for as long as your flow allows, but not for more than 12 consecutive hours.

The underwear can be worn both day and night to absorb menstrual flow, urinary incontinence, or discharge. Simply wear, wash, and reuse.

Also, menstrual panties can be used as one part of protection, in conjunction with a menstrual cup, disc, or tampon.

5. How do I know if the underwear needs to be changed or replaced?
For the underwear to provide the best protection, you should regularly check if they are starting to feel damp or if you see blood in the seams. If you notice any of these signs, it's a signal that it's time to change them.
