2. What are Femi.Eko® pads made of?
The pads are made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton, in both the outer and inner layers. They contain no dioxin, heavy metals, chlorine, perfumes, synthetic absorbent gel, or artificial fibers. Instead of plastic, plant-based biopolymers are used as a waterproof layer. The packaging is 100% cardboard – without plastic inserts – biodegradable and compostable.

3. Are Femi.Eko® organic pads dermatologically and gynecologically tested? Absolutely! All single-use Femi.Eko® products are dermatologically and gynecologically tested – and also microbiologically tested against E. coli, staphylococci, Candida, and other important pathogens. They are pH-neutral and suitable for sensitive skin. For best results, always follow the usage instructions.

4. What certifications do Femi.Eko® products have?
All Femi.Eko® menstrual products are GOTS certified and manufactured in Europe in medically approved factories (ISO 13485:2016). 8. Do Femi.Eko® products contain plastic that comes into contact with the skin?
No, no part of Femi.Eko® products contains plastic that comes into contact with the skin. Only GOTS certified cotton and natural materials are used. Water resistance is achieved solely by using plant-based biopolymers, which are safe and skin-friendly.

9. How often should I change a Femi.Eko® pad?
We recommend changing pads every 4–6 hours or as needed to ensure maximum hygiene and freshness.

10. Are Femi.Eko® pads hypoallergenic? Yes! All pads are microbiologically, gynecologically, and dermatologically tested and are pH-neutral. They are gentle on the skin and suitable for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers.

11. Are Femi.Eko® pads biodegradable?
Yes! Both the product and the packaging are biodegradable and compostable – they fully decompose within 12–24 months without microplastic residues.
