Before Use
Wash the reusable pads before first use.

Daily Use
Attach the reusable pad to your underwear using the snaps.
Change the reusable pad as needed, depending on your menstrual cycle.
The reusable pad can be worn for up to 12 hours to absorb menstrual flow or discharge.
They are compact, making them easy to carry in your bag.

After Use
After use, rinse the reusable pad with cold water.
Wash the reusable pad by hand or in a washing machine at 40°C.
Allow the reusable pad to dry completely before using it again.

Disinfection
At the end of your period, wash the reusable pad at 60°C to remove any residue.
To prevent odor or bacteria, you can add a little apple cider vinegar before disinfecting.

Layer structure:
1st layer: Organic cotton inside and out, fast-drying and gentle on the skin.
2nd layer: Breathable and waterproof PUL layer, protecting against leaks.
Strap: Silicone strap that holds the pad in place in the underwear.

Femi.eko materials are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they are free from harmful chemicals, pesticides, and biocides, making them gentle on the skin.

Use a hypoallergenic detergent without chlorine, fragrances, or conditioners.

To maintain the effectiveness and hygiene of your reusable pad, avoid bleach and other chemicals.

Do not iron the reusable pad.
