Menstrual disc

The Femi.Eko® menstrual disc is very easy to use and works from the first time, no prior experience is needed.

1. Before touching the menstrual disc, thoroughly wash your hands with water and neutral soap.

2. Fold the menstrual disc into a figure-eight shape.

3. Place the removal loop against the outside of your vagina.

4. Find a comfortable position and start inserting the menstrual disc into your vagina, holding it firmly between your thumb and forefinger. Once it is deep inside your vagina, position it above your pubic bone and push the loop upwards towards your belly button.

5. You can forget about your period for up to 12 hours and enjoy your daily activities without worries.

6. When you want to remove the disc – relax and carefully remove the menstrual disc using the special removal loop.

Store your menstrual disc in its storage pouch.

For optimal hygiene and cleaning of your Femi.Eko® menstrual disc, rinse it with cold water, wash it with warm water and neutral soap, or use FemiEko® disinfectant spray and sterilize it by boiling for 5 minutes or with a sterilizer at the end of your menstrual cycle.

Over time, the disc may change color, but this does not affect its functionality.

Made from 100% medical-grade Elastosil silicone from Wacker Labs, the Femi.Eko® menstrual disc is biocompatible and does not culture bacteria.

Femi.Eko packaging is 100% biodegradable and comes in compostable corn-derived bags and cardboard boxes.
