1. Before first use, wash the menstrual swimsuit to activate its absorbency.

2. Use the menstrual swimsuit as you would any regular swimsuit.

3. Change it as needed, depending on the intensity of your period.

4. The menstrual swimsuit can be worn for up to 12 hours and effectively protects against menstruation or discharge.

5. Rinse the swimsuit with cold water to remove chlorine, salt and menstrual fluid.

6. Allow the swimsuit to air dry completely before wearing it again, and avoid direct sunlight.

Important! Due to the absorbent insert in the menstrual swimsuit, a washed menstrual swimsuit takes longer to dry than regular swimwear.

- inner layer: 86% recycled nylon and 14% elastane, which is water-resistant and repels water. This layer is also resistant to chlorine and UV rays from the sun, ensuring long-lasting protection and durability.
- middle layer: 100% polyester and 100% breathable TPU, which ensures effective absorption and water resistance, preventing leaks.
- outer layer: 86% recycled nylon and 14% elastane, which is water-resistant and protects against UV rays. This layer is also resistant to chlorine, contributing to the durability and protection of the panties.

Femi.Eko packaging is 100% biodegradable. The manufacturer uses compostable cornstarch bags or cardboard boxes and encourages recycling according to local regulations.

The fabrics and materials used in Femi.Eko are OEKO-TEX certified and free from harmful chemicals, pesticides, and biocides, making them gentle on the skin.

Femi.Eko® period swimwear has been tested for antibacterial effectiveness and proven to effectively combat Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida Albicans even after 50 washes.

Washing instructions for period swimwear:
1. Use a hypoallergenic detergent free of chlorine, fragrances, or fabric softeners.

2. Avoid bleach and other chemicals to maintain performance and hygiene.

3. Wash period swimwear by hand or in a washing machine at 40°C.

4. To prevent odor and bacteria buildup, you can add a little apple cider vinegar before washing.

5. At the end of your menstrual cycle, wash your period swimwear at 60°C to remove any remaining or incompletely washed-out discharge.
