1. Unfold the sterilizing cup.
2. Fill with water.
3. Place the menstrual cup into the sterilizing cup.
4. Heat in the microwave at 1200W for 3-5 minutes to sterilize the cup.
5. Allow it to cool and the cup is ready for reuse.
Instructions for use in public restrooms
1. Fill the sterilizing cup with water.
2. Take the sterilizing cup with you into the restroom.
3. Use the sterilizing cup to rinse and clean your menstrual cup on the go.
4. Once finished, fold the sterilizing cup flat and store it easily in your bag.
