Before the first use, we recommend rinsing the panties in cold water until the water runs clear. After rinsing, hang the panties to dry.
The use of menstrual cups or menstrual discs does not interfere with wearing menstrual panties.
We do not recommend wearing sanitary pads with Fluxies menstrual underwear.

Briefs: 80% nylon, 20% elastane;
Gusset lining: 95% organic cotton, 5% elastane;
Gusset: 100% microfiber, transparent thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
The gusset is exceptionally moisture-absorbent and breathable.
Fluxies underwear contains no added PFAS, has been successfully tested for harmful substances, and certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.

Rinse the panties until the water runs clear, then it is recommended to wash them at 30˚C (not exceeding 40°C) and hang them to dry.
It is advised to avoid fabric softener or use a mild one to reduce the possibility of damaging the absorbent layer.
Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry.

1. Are fluxies period pants stain resistant?
fluxies period pants are not stain resistant, but the fabrics used in fluxies' absorbent gussets are always black, so stains are not visible.
For fluxies to be stain resistant, fluxies would have to treat them – these treatments would leave harmful substances and toxins in the impermeable underwear, and fluxies do not want that in their naturally antimicrobial panties.
2. What absorbency do I need?
fluxies period panty models come in a range of absorbencies – from ultra-light (7ml / 1 tampon) to ultra-heavy (40ml / 5 tampons), so there's a perfect fit for everyone.
fluxies' low absorbency models are perfect for the end of the day and for spotting.
For some people, medium absorbency models can replace tampons or menstrual cups on heavier days.
Heavy and ultra-heavy models replace all other period products and are also great for overnight use!
3. How do I know when it's time to change period underwear?
A sign that the absorbent layers of your fluxies period underwear are full is the appearance of blood in the seams – this indicates that it is time to change your period pants for another pair.
